
A.P.E. - Administration Program for Employees
Easy planning of your shifts...
Nowadays many used roster-programs are often too complicated and are loaded with addition-functions that slow the system down unnecessarily. Therefore you lose valuable time you could use better.
A.P.E. links essential funktions with an easy handling and therefore you are allowed to work more efficient.
How does it works?
In a employee-administration the contract-, shift- and rotation-data of a employee is stored. These data are used for the layer-planning. It is possible to fix start-values, for example takeover-hours and remaining vacation. In an Overview you can see all employees with their shifts. If there is no data for an employee the program displays his stored two week turnus, so that you do not have to type it in manually.
At the same time you always have an overview about the amount of employees on a day you have. In this way you always know if there are enough employees for your area.
A Plan for the year shows you all the shifts a employee has done in the selected year.
An additional feature is that not only official holidays are displayed. You also can choose non-official holidays for your country area (Germany).
