In the present-days, the printer administration for companies using a multitude of paper formats, paper types and printers, is time consuming, cumbersome and costly. Before a document can be printed correctly the printer tray must be checked to ensure the correct paper type is contained within the tray. I.e Tray 1 Header paper, Tray 2 non Header paper and Tray 3 Billing paper format.

The Tray Selector
The Tray Selector program minimizes the printer administration by inserting a small Macro program into each Word-document. The Macro program contains a table of all your network printers and their Tray Array setup. When a printer request is generated by a Word-document the Macro program automatically confirms the default printer (or the selected printer) and the Tray Array setup allowing the Word-document to be printed correctly from any selected network printer.

Program Function
The Tray Selector installs a Microsoft Word Macro program automatically into each Word-document and Word-template. The Macro contains the information of all network printers and printer tray setups. This Macro program-code is executed on the opening of a Word document or Word-template. On the command of a printer request the Marco confirms the printer and Tray-attitudes of the default printer or the selected printer.

Handling
A Wizard is appearing after the startup of the Tray Selector. With this wizard you can set up your printers and prínter trays.
